When you enter ParlVU, you will automatically be brought to the home page which summarizes current and upcoming meetings. The home page contains the following information and features, as illustrated above.
Basic Meeting details
The meeting date
The meeting time
The meeting duration
The meeting title; includes the meeting id. Click to view the complete meeting details.
"Now Playing" icon; only shown when a meeting is in progress
Expand the section to show meeting details.
Collapse the section to hide meeting details
Expand or collapse all meeting sections.
Expanded meeting details include:
The meeting Status
The meeting location
The meeting description
Representative picture or live snapshot image of the meeting (called a "thumbnail"). Click to view complete meeting details.
View/Play button; Click to tune in to audio or video while the meeting is in progress. If you have set your preferences, Windows Media Player will automatically begin playing the selected audio or video in the language of your choice; otherwise the following pop-up menu will appear.
Click on the language and/or format of your choice to begin playing the audio or video in Windows Media Player.
