Overview of the home page

When you open ParlVU, you will automatically be taken to the ParlVU home page. The ParlVU home page contains the following features and information:
 

Main page body; where meetings, schedules and details are displayed.

Sidebar; contains the Categories Navigator. In order to view all meetings, make sure that you select "All Categories" from the Categories Navigator.

View tabs; change the view in the main page body.

Quick Search box; quickly perform a text search for meetings.

Français; displays ParlVU in French.

Help tab; brings you to this tutorial.

Upcoming Events; lists all upcoming scheduled meetings. The list is divided into today's upcoming meetings, this week's upcoming meetings and future upcoming meetings.

Within the Upcoming Events list, click the + symbol to view more details about a meeting.

Within the Upcoming Events list, click the - symbol to hide details about a meeting.

On the following help pages you will be shown how to use the home page to tune in to meetings that are in progress and how to view details about upcoming meetings.
