Tuning in to a meeting

The following items appear on the committee meeting detail page, to tune in to a meeting, click View this Clip.

"Now Playing" icon; only shown when a meeting is in progress

View this Clip button; Click to tune in to audio or video while the meeting is in progress. If you have set your preferences, Windows Media Player will automatically begin playing the selected audio or video in the language of your choice; otherwise the following pop-up menu will appear.   Click on the language and/or format of your choice to begin playing the audio or video in Windows Media Player.
