Viewing a Committee meeting

A committee meeting detail page can be accessed by clicking on the meeting title from any calendar view or from the home page. The detail page includes the following information and features, as illustrated above:

General Information; the meeting title, location, scheduled time, description and other information.

Add to Calendar; add this meeting to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar (only available before a meeting).

View this Clip; tune in to this meeting (only while it is in progress).
